Once you have learned these skills and begin to practice the techniques, you will find that you respond and react very differently to stressful situations.

During this one on one virtual workshop, you will learn more about the science of stress and how to manage it. You will learn about the physiology of stress and how to recognize its impact - early recognition of stress symptoms is a large factor in knowing how to work with stress. Most importantly, you will learn valuable mindfulness, meditation and breath work skills that have been scientifically proven to work - techniques that are specifically geared toward stress management. I will also teach you how to incorporate these techniques into your daily life. During the workshop you will be able to ask any questions you might have, and I will tailor each component of workshop specifically to you and the type of stress you are experiencing.
