      How do I select a gemstone that's right for me?

      You can select a crystal based on color preference, because in many cases whatever you are drawn to, is what will best support you. However, if you are working toward a goal or trying to overcome a particular obstacle, you can select a crystal based its properties.

      Is the credit card information I submit secure?

      All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. 

      Can I use a promotional code to make a purchase online?

      Of course! Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process.

      Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

      We charge applicable sales tax for New York State only. Tax will be calculated during checkout, and will be included in your order total before you confirm your order.

      How do I cancel/update my order?

      Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please have your order number handy.

      How can I check the status of my order?

      You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

      Do you offer gift packaging?

      All items are packaged in a Da Madre Terra Box. If you would like to add a personalized gift message in the box, please contact us.

      I have received notification that an item is out of stock. Can I be put on a wait list?

      You can contact us if you would like to find out more information about the item, including whether or not we will be receiving more quantities. 

      I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?

      Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory, but during times of increased shopping traffic, inventory discrepancies do sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, you will receive an email notification and will be refunded the purchase price for any sold-out items. Please allow up to one week for credit card charges to be reversed.
