Stress can wreck havoc on your life, but what many people don't know, is that there are very simple ways to help mitigate stress and change your relationship to it. Once you have learned these skills and begin to practice the techniques, you will find that you respond and react very differently to stressful situations.

During this one on one virtual workshop, you will learn more about the science of stress and how to manage it. You will also learn about the physiology of stress and how to recognize its impact - early recognition of stress symptoms plays a large part in knowing how to work with it. Most importantly, you will learn valuable mindfulness, meditation and breath work skills that have been scientifically proven to work - techniques that are specifically geared to stress management. I will also teach you how to incorporate these techniques into your daily life. During this workshop you can ask questions, and I will tailor each component of the workshop specifically to you and the type of stress you tend to experience.
